Tracy Zekoff

Tracy joined CDQ in 1994. She received her Associate of Arts from Bay de Noc Community College in Michigan in 1987 and her Bachelor of Science in psychology and sociology from Western Michigan University in 1990. Tracy has served as the lead paralegal on numerous trials and mediations throughout her years at the firm, and has managed complex commercial disputes venued throughout the United States.

Rachael McDanel

Rachael joined CDQ in early 2013.  She received her Associate of Applied Science degree in Paralegal Studies from Spokane Community College in Washington State, and also took courses at ASU.

Erik O'Malley

Erik O’Malley joined CDQ as a paralegal in 2014. He graduated from the Barrett Honors College at Arizona State University in 2013 summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature.  Erik is currently studying music theory and composition.

Virginia Sierra

Virginia joined CDQ in 2007.  She graduated from Northern Arizona University in 2006 cum laude, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice.  Virginia received the Dean’s Scholarship for academic performance as well as NAU’s Academic Achievement Award.  Virginia also interned in the Criminal Division of the Coconino County Attorney’s Office, where she led their courtroom support team through numerous jury trials.

Cecilia Nieto

Cecilia joined CDQ in 2017 as a paralegal after graduating summa cum laude from Arizona State University’s Barrett Honors College with a degree in Psychology.

Yolanda Perez

Yolanda joined CDQ’s paralegal team in 2015.  She provides invaluable backup and support for our attorneys and other staff.
