JACK HORSTMANN joined CDQ in 2023.  Prior to joining CDQ, Jack served as a law clerk for the Honorable Samuel L. Thumma of the Arizona Court of Appeals, Division One.  Jack graduated cum laude with a Trial Advocacy certificate in 2022 from Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University.  During law school, Jack served as an Editor for Jurimetrics, The Journal of Law, Science, and Technology, as Director of Community Engagement for the Sports Law and Business Organization, as a member of the Outreach Committee for the Business Legal Assistance Program, and received various accolades including the Best Oral Advocate Award.  Jack’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation.
