Kevin C. Moyer joined CDQ as an attorney in 2014. Kevin represents clients in commercial and business disputes of all types, specifically including disputes involving breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, employment relationships, real estate transactions, intellectual property, ownership disputes, cannabis law, loan transactions and corporate governance disputes.
Kevin is results oriented and prides himself on being adaptive to client needs. Kevin represents clients from dispute inception through trial and beyond, having obtained favorable outcomes at each stage in the lifecycle of litigation. He is passionate about trial work and has successful bench trial, jury trial and arbitration experience. Kevin is also active across professional and community organizations. He currently serves as a member of the associate board for Boys Hope Girls Hope of Arizona. Kevin was born and raised in Phoenix.
