LAUREN M. LAPRADE joined CDQ in 2012 after obtaining her law degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. During her law school career, Lauren served as an Academic Tutor for first year Torts and as a Senior Articles Editor for the Loyola University Chicago Law Journal. Lauren also served as an Extern for the Honorable Morton Denlow, United States Magistrate Judge in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. During law school, Lauren worked at the Federal Housing Finance Agency investigating fraudulent activities of mortgage servicers and drafting regulatory guidance. In the spring of 2010, Lauren was the recipient of the Lawrence A. France Scholarship for her academic performance. Lauren practices commercial litigation.

Lauren is active at her daughter’s cooperative preschool. Lauren serves as Garden Committee Co-Chair responsible for coordinating a Fall planting day and maintaining the school’s gardens. She and her husband, Brandon, also serve as parent volunteers in the classroom twice a month, participate in community building work days and other community events hosted by the school throughout the year.
