CDQ attorneys Dan  Quigley and Kevin Moyer successfully represented a leading consultant in the medical marijuana industry in a breach of contract and misappropriation of trade secrets and confidential information dispute.  After extensive motion practice and presentation of evidence to a panel of arbitrators in Summer and Fall 2016, CDQ’s client secured a multi-million dollar settlement to conclude the parties’ disputes in December 2016.
