CDQ Enforces Settlement Agreement and Obtains Attorneys’ Fees Award

In business litigation between partners involving eighteen separate claims for relief, CDQ attorneys Cindy Albracht-Crogan, Lauren M. LaPrade and Kevin C. Moyer, with co-counsel Jim Schmillen, obtained summary judgment on all eleven claims brought against CDQ’s client and enforcing a pre-litigation settlement agreement between the parties that the plaintiffs sought to invalidate.  The ruling effectively awarded CDQ’s client full control of the parties’ businesses and substantial damages.  In addition, Superior Court Judge Patricia Starr awarded CDQ’s client over $400,000 in attorneys’ fees and costs.
