CDQ Prevails In Patent Ownership Dispute

In November 2016, Dan Dowd, Betsy Lamm and Lauren LaPrade successfully prosecuted a declaratory judgment claim regarding ownership of intellectual property and patent rights in a multi-day bench trial before the Honorable Roger Brodman, Maricopa County Superior Court.  Judge Brodman issued a ruling in January 2017 finding in favor of plaintiff on all issues and compelling defendant to assign the intellectual property in dispute.  To read the ruling, click here.
