CDQ Obtains Favorable Settlement For Defense Client

In February 2023, CDQ attorneys Cindy Albracht-Crogan and Kevin Moyer, assisted by paralegal Brenna Armstrong, secured a settlement for CDQ’s client that dismissed all claims against it and compensated the client for nearly all of the attorneys’ fees it had incurred in the case.  CDQ’s client had been defending against the claims asserted by the plaintiff for more than three years using other counsel.  After taking the case, CDQ was able to settle the case within a few months, and its client is very pleased with the outcome.
