Cindy Albracht-Crogan recently published an article in The Record Reporter that shared her experience in participating in The Anatomy of a Trial: Wyatt Earp program during the ABA Section of Litigation Annual Conference held in Phoenix, Arizona on April 9, 2014. The article, entitled “Why the Wild, Wild West is Still Relevant,” discusses Ms. Albracht-Crogan’s experience in preparing and delivering a closing argument related to the infamous 1881 killing of Tom McLaury by Wyatt Earp, his two brothers and Doc Holliday in Tombstone, Arizona.
