Cindy Crogan Selected As A Fellow Of The Litigation Counsel Of America

CDQ partner Cindy Albracht-Crogan has earned selection as a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America, which recognizes the country’s top trial attorneys.  The Litigation Counsel of America (LCA) is a trial lawyer honorary society established to reflect the new face of the American bar in the twenty-first century.  Membership is limited to 3,500 Fellows, representing less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers, and by invitation only.  According to the LCA website:  “The purpose of the LCA is to recognize deserving, experienced, and highly qualified lawyers, to provide an outlet for scholarly authorship of legal articles on trial and litigation practice, to provide additional sources for professional development, to promote superior advocacy and ethical standards in the practice of law, to assist in community involvement by its membership, and to advance a superior judiciary, by taking relevant positions on issues or legislation affecting judicial compensation and/or benefits, as well as those affecting the American litigation processes..”  Fellows are selected based upon excellence and accomplishment in litigation, both at the trial and appellate levels, and superior ethical reputation. The LCA is aggressively diverse in its composition.  The limited number of Fellowships allows qualifications, diversity and inclusion to align effectively, with recognition of excellence in litigation across all segments of the bar. In addition, the LCA is dedicated to promoting superior advocacy, professionalism and ethical standards among its Fellows.  Cindy joins Ron Cohen, Dan Dowd, Dan Quigley, and Dan Durchslag as a Fellow of the LCA.  We congratulate Cindy on this fantastic accomplishment.
