Jacqueline Iafrate joined CDQ in October 2025. Before CDQ, Jackie practiced commercial litigation and civil rights litigation for a year in Phoenix, Arizona. A 2024 graduate of the Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, Jacqueline participated in a moot court National Appellate Advocacy Competition and was on the Women’s Law Student Association Board. During law school, she also received a CALI Excellence for the Future Award in the Post-Conviction Clinic. Jacqueline’s practice is focused on commercial litigation.

Jacqueline is a member of the Board for Defenders of Children. The Defenders of Children’s mission is to protect children or vulnerable parents from familial abuse and violence. They do so by providing legal representation to the underprivileged and/or vulnerable parent, representing the child and his/her interests, or other forms of legal intervention to protect families from physical or legal abuses.
