Tracy joined CDQ in 1994. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology and sociology from Western Michigan University in 1990. Tracy has served as the lead paralegal on numerous trials and mediations throughout her years at the firm, and has managed complex commercial disputes venued throughout the United States.

Sarah joined the CDQ paralegal team in 2022. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Arizona in 2017.  After becoming a paralegal in 2020, Sarah returned to the University of Arizona to obtain her paralegal certification.

Shea joined CDQ in 2024 after graduating from Pepperdine University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and dual minors in Great Books and Spanish. She plans to attend law school in 2025 to explore the intersections of science, law, and international affairs.
