Tracy joined CDQ in 1994. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology and sociology from Western Michigan University in 1990. Tracy has served as the lead paralegal on numerous trials and mediations throughout her years at the firm, and has managed complex commercial disputes venued throughout the United States.
Kate Hofland joined CDQ in 2022. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Performance and a Master’s Degree in Education, both from Arizona State University. She taught elementary school for 23 years before changing careers in 2013 to become a paralegal. She has worked supporting attorneys and other legal professional at the Arizona Attorney General’s Office and in the private sector.
Yolanda joined CDQ’s paralegal team in 2015. She provides invaluable support for our attorneys and other staff, assisting with trial preparation, file management and other litigation tasks.
Shay Schulz joined CDQ as a paralegal in 2021. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University in 2020 and has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Law.
Annalise Kusy joined CDQ as a paralegal in 2022. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from the W.A. Franke Honors College at the University of Arizona in 2021 with a Bachelor of Arts in Global Studies and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance.
