JENNA L. BROWNLEE joined CDQ in 2017, after obtaining her law degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. Jenna represents clients from the public to private sector in complex commercial litigation and appeals. Jenna’s cases have involved a wide spectrum of issues, ranging from breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, defamation, fraud, professional negligence, conspiracy, the Arizona Public Records Act, Section 1983 and Title IX. Jenna has litigated cases through all stages of trial. Jenna has been named to the “Ones to Watch” list by Best Lawyers since 2021 and to the list of SuperLawyers Rising Stars since 2023. In 2026, Jenna was named as one of the Emerging Leaders in Law in Arizona by AZ Business Magazine.
During her time at Loyal University Chicago School of Law, Jenna distinguished herself as a Student Articles Editor for the Loyola University Chicago Law Journal. In addition, she further developed her legal acumen as an Academic Legal Writing Tutor.
Jenna currently serves as the Chair for the Solo and Small Firm Litigation Committee of the American Bar Association.
