CDQ Attorneys Present Ethics CLE

On May 23, 2023 CDQ attorneys Dan Dowd, Betsy Lamm, Rebecca van Doren, and Jenna Brownlee presented a continuing legal education (“CLE”) program to the entire Office of General Counsel of a public client on a series of ethical issues.  Topics included the attorney-client privilege and work product protection, the ethics of honesty, the duty of supervise, and the duty of confidentiality.  Based on returns from the attendees, the program was a great success.
