CDQ’s Client Prevails in Administrative Hearing

Representing the Arizona Board of Regents (“ABOR”), CDQ’s Betsy Lamm and Jenna Brownlee defeated a former employee’s effort to overturn her termination.  After a multi-day external hearing, briefing and closing argument, the hearing officer affirmed the termination of Claimant’s employment, finding there was no violation of ABOR Policy 6-914.
