Jenna Brownlee Participates In ABA Section of Litigation CLE Panel – The Attorney-Client Privilege: An Ethics Test

On August 18, 2023, CDQ Attorney Jenna Brownlee served as a panel member in a recent continuing legal education (“CLE”) program sponsored by the Litigation Section of the American Bar Association. The CLE focused on the attorney-client privilege. Topics covered by Jenna’s panel included the dual purpose memoranda and the daunting challenges dual-hatted corporate counsel face in protecting and preserving the attorney-client privilege. The panel also provided insights on how to tackle these challenges. Jenna serves as the Website Editor Subcommittee Chair of the Section of Litigation’s Solo and Small Firm Committee.
