NEIL STUART joined CDQ in 2014 and is a partner with the firm. After graduating law school in 2010, Neil served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Jennifer G. Zipps of the United States District Court, District of Arizona. Neil also achieved the third highest score on the February 2011 Arizona bar examination. Prior to joining CDQ, Neil was a Deputy County Attorney with the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office (“MCAO”). Between CDQ and MCAO, Neil has tried and arbitrated several matters. Neil focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in state court, federal court and arbitration. Neil is a Federal Bar Association board member (Phoenix chapter) and has been named to the list of SuperLawyers Rising Stars every year since 2019, and has been selected to Best Lawyers’ list of “Ones to Watch” since its inception.

Neil has served as a volunteer at the Maggie’s Place, which is a non-profit organization devoted to assisting pregnant and parenting women by providing housing and many other programs and services. He assists with the JIOP program, and is also a volunteer youth coach with the Phoenix Rising Soccer Club.
