Arizona Court of Appeals Affirms $13 Million Arbitration Award

On May 15, 2025, Division One of the Arizona Court of Appeals affirmed the Maricopa County Superior Court’s judgment confirming an over $13 million arbitration award Cohen Dowd Quigley PC (“CDQ”) secured on behalf of its clients in February 2025. The Court of Appeals adopted CDQ’s arguments, finding four independent bases to affirming the Superior Court’s confirmation of the arbitration award. The CDQ team includes Neil Stuart, Dan Quigley, Drew Wegner, Samantha Johnson and Tracy Zekoff.
