CDQ Challenges Enforceability of Multiple Restrictive Covenants

CDQ attorneys Dan Dowd, Dan Durchslag, and Rebecca van Doren participated in a multi-day evidentiary hearing before Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Joshua Rogers in December 2016 challenging the enforceability of restrictive covenants (noncompete, nonsolicitation, nondisclosure) contained in multiple employment agreements.
