CDQ Client Prevails on Appeal in Case Enforcing Terms of a Settlement Agreement

Following entry of a written settlement agreement, the defendant tried to back out of the deal. CDQ attorneys Cindy Albracht-Crogan, Rebecca van Doren and Kevin Moyer successfully moved the trial court to enforce the settlement agreement.  The defendant appealed and in November 2016, the Arizona Court of Appeals upheld the trial court, enforced the settlement and awarded CDQ attorneys’ fees.  See MFC Investments, LLC v.
