CDQ Secures Judgment In Fraudulent Transfer Action

On May 15, 2025, the Maricopa County Superior Court ruled in favor of Cohen Dowd Quigley PC’s (“CDQ”) client, holding that the defendant/judgment debtor fraudulently transferred a property interest to a garnishee. The court granted a monetary award and fees and costs in in favor of CDQ’s client.  The CDQ team includes Neil Stuart, Dan Quigley, Drew Wegner, Samantha Johnson and Tracy Zekoff.
