MICHAEL NARLOCK joined CDQ in 2026. Prior to joining the firm, Michael represented and advised government agencies, companies, and individuals in complex commercial and administrative litigation matters. His experience includes litigating contract disputes, business tort claims, defamation and related reputational disputes, civil rights actions, procurement matters, and a variety of matters involving the State of Arizona and its agencies.

Before entering private practice, Michael served as a judicial extern with the Maricopa County Superior Court, primarily under Commissioner Vanessa Smith in the Probate Division.

Prior to law school, Michael worked as an Account Manager and Recruiter for an employment staffing firm specializing in the placement of engineering, architectural, and skilled trades professionals.
