Arizona Court of Appeals Affirms Decision in Favor of CDQ’s Client

On May 2, 2019, the Arizona Court of Appeals upheld a Superior Court decision in favor of CDQ’s client.  The decision upheld a favorable ruling from Judge Sherry K. Stephens of the Maricopa County Superior Court, who ruled in favor of CDQ’s client on a statutory special action challenging a zoning variance.  Dan Dowd, Betsy Lamm and Jenna Brownlee handled the appellate briefing.  Following the Court of Appeals’ decision, the Superior Court entered final judgment on mandate in favor of CDQ’s client.  The Court of Appeals’ memorandum decision is available at:  https://www.azcourts.gov/Portals/0/OpinionFiles/Div1/2019/CV%2018-0286.pdf
