Maricopa County Court Confirms Arbitration Award and Enters Final Judgment

On February 12, 2025, Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Melissa Julian granted CDQ’s motion to confirm an over $13 million arbitration award secured on behalf of its clients, West Valley Real Estate Investors, LLC (“West Valley”), et. al. The award followed a six-day arbitration hearing held in May 2024.  Judge Julian’s Order also denied Respondents’ Motion to Vacate and awarded fees incurred in connection with post-arbitration litigation of Respondent’s Motion to Vacate.  Judge Julian entered final judgment in favor of CDQ’s clients.
