CDQ Attorneys Appointed to ABA Leadership Positions for 2026-2027
CDQ is proud to announce that four of its attorneys have been re-appointed to prestigious leadership positions in the American Bar Association’s Section of Litigation for 2026-2027. Dan Dowd, who has been part of Section leadership for over two decades, has been selected to serve as the Division Director of Division V. Dan will oversee the development and activities of Section committees devoted to privacy and data security, civil rights and employment litigation. Kevin Moyer was appointed as a Co-Chair of the Business Torts & Unfair Competition Litigation Committee. Kaysey Fung was re-appointed as the Regional Co-Chair of the ABA’s Judicial Internship Opportunity Program. Finally, Jenna Brownlee was re-appointed as Co-Chair of the Solo & Small Firms Committee. The appointments of these CDQ colleagues to Section leadership positions is a reflection of the Firm’s 30-plus year commitment to the ABA and its critical mission. Congratulations all!
