DANIEL P. QUIGLEY is a CDQ partner and the Vice President of the firm. He has been practicing law in Arizona since 1984. Since joining CDQ in 1997, Dan has practiced in all areas of commercial litigation, including cases raising antitrust, intellectual property, and real estate issues. Dan has lectured at the State Bar of Arizona’s Professionalism courses and been an instructor at the National Institute for Trial Advocacy’s Arizona Deposition Skills Program. Dan has also been listed in Southwest Super Lawyers every year since its inception and in 2021 was named a Senior Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America. Best Lawyers selected Dan as Lawyer of the Year in 2018 in the area of Litigation-Antitrust, and as Lawyer of the Year in 2022 in Litigation-Real Estate.
