Tracy joined CDQ in 1994. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology and sociology from Western Michigan University in 1990. Tracy has served as the lead paralegal on numerous trials and mediations throughout her years at the firm, and has managed complex commercial disputes venued throughout the United States.

Adriana Quintero joined CDQ in 2025. She received her Bachelors of Science degree in Political Science from Arizona State University in 2023. Prior to joining CDQ, Adriana worked at a scholarship foundation, where she gained valuable professional experience.

Montana Kint joined CDQ after spending the past five years practicing primarily in employment law as a paralegal in Phoenix, Arizona. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Grand Canyon University and went on to complete her Master of Science in Criminal Justice with an emphasis in Legal Studies.
